The State Fiscal Year 2021 (FY21) Clean Fuels Technical Assistance (CFTA) Program is a new pilot, test-of-concept program which aims to provide eligible local government and municipal fleets with
technical assistance as they consider alternative transportation fuel options for their on-road fleet.
